This policy describes how Sligar, LLC (“Sligar,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our websites and applications, including 6QFit. Sligar, LLC is located in Kennewick, Washington.
Information we collect
When you create an account in one of our apps, we collect the profile information needed to register you. That typically includes details you provide such as your name, email address, and other account or profile fields shown at sign-up.
We do not currently collect additional personal information beyond what is required to create and maintain your account. We may collect more in the future — for example to operate social or fitness features. If we do, we will update this policy before that collection begins.
Our website itself does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information except if you email us.
How we use information
We use account and profile information to:
- create and maintain your account
- operate the app you signed up for
- respond to support requests you send us
- meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate our apps (for example hosting or email delivery), and when required by law. Those providers are allowed to use the information only to perform work for us.
Retention
We keep account and profile information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited time afterward if we need it for security, backups, or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@sligarllc.org.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
